Italy grows slowly. Some of it grows fast.
We won’t tell you the whole country is booming, because it isn’t.
The second half of the sentence.
We show you what is: the indicators that matter for a buyer, with the source and the date, and what they mean for your entry price and your exit.

- What we can verify for you before you travel.
If Italy is not the right answer for you, we say so on that call.
It is an Italian number: from abroad, dial it with +39. No newsletter, no email sequence. One call, the numbers, then you decide.

Straight answers.
Do foreigners pay more tax when buying in Italy?
No. A foreign buyer pays the same purchase taxes as an Italian in the same situation: 9% registration tax on the cadastral value of a second home, plus two fixed duties of €50. There is no surcharge for foreigners.
Is there an Italian golden visa through property?
No. Italy’s Investor Visa lists four qualifying investments and property is not one of them. If a site tells you otherwise, it is wrong. The routes that exist are the elective residence visa and the tax regime for new residents, and both need a professional’s eyes before you plan around them.
